Q:How long is your shipping time?
A:This depends on where you are located. The shipping time to US is about 7-15 working days and to other areas is about 10-20 working days.

Enter your tracking number and you can track your order.

Q:What payment methods do you accept? 

A:We use PayPal to process all payments. If you still pay even if you don't have a PayPal account! Simply click "Complete Order" and choose "Pay with Card" at the bottom of the screen. 

Q:Why does the color of my item look different than the pictures? 

A:We try our best to accurately represent each item - however, to differences in screen resolution, colors may appear slightly different in real life. 

Q:I have not received any confirmation email:

Please specify your invoice ID or the last 4 digits of your credit card and we will check for you.

Q:I made a mistake on my order! Can I change it

A:If you need to edit your order, please contact us and we will do our best to make the change! Unfortunately we are unable to change orders that have already been shipped. 

Q: How do I change the shipping address or cancel my order?
A: Please contact our Customer Service Team immediately if you need to change the shipping address or cancel your order. Please be that some orders are shipped very soon after placement and it will not always be possible to make changes to the shipping address and/ Or cancel the order.

 Q: How do I use a coupon code?
A: Lucky you! To use your coupon code, add all of your glam goodies to your shopping cart, and begin the checkout process. There will be a box to enter your code, then just click ”apply”. Please note that only one promotion code can be entered for a given order from SupreRC. Coupon code cannot be used for orders already placed.

Q: How do I opt-out of emails?
A: Why would you want to? Our fans receive all kinds of perks and special gifts. But if you want, just click the 'unsubscribe' link at the bottom of any emails.
